Rachel
Originally a cleaner, with no banking experience, Rachel Williams attended a Diversity Dimensions course before applying for a job in the Commonwealth Bank Rooty Hill Branch. Using the skills that she learned in the course, Rachel interviewed well and was offered a Customer Service Representative role. Rachel has impressed everyone with her enthusiasm - “she is such a valued member of the team and makes a great contribution! She always does everything to the best of her ability. It’s a pleasure to see someone who hasn’t been given the opportunities some of the rest of us have had, grab it with both hands” says Merryl Tidyman, Rooty Hill Branch Manager.
