Penny is seeking a full time customer service role where she will have the opportunity to offer long term commitment. She has great skills in customer service and has that elusive ability to cross and up sell. Penny has demonstrated an ability to comprehend new tasks quickly, displays commonsense, has a professional and positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Penny is corporately presented and has a confident and outgoing personality.

Edward holds Bachelor Degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Applied Finance (major in Business Law). He is corporately presented and has an extremely engaging personality. Coupled with his qualifications, Edward also has excellent customer service skills. Edward is seeking a full time entry level position with a large financial institution and would be a great prospect for a company that is willing to invest a little training in him.

Ben is a confident and intelligent individual who demonstrates a natural ability to lead others. He has highly developed skills within the customer service arena with over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. Ben has a strong desire to transfer his skills to a corporate environment where he will be able to continue to learn and develop his skills further within the banking or finance industry.

Pooja is a young lady keen to secure a full time role where she can fully combine her administrative abilities and her highly developed customer service skills. Pooja compliments her office experience with a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Finance and a Bachelor of Information Technology. Pooja has a strong work ethic and a desire to offer long term loyalty and commitment.

Artie is seeking a full time position where she can utilise both her customer service and administrative skills. Her solid administrative skills include typing, data entry, checking and processing loan applications. Arti also holds a Certificate II in Financial Services and retail customer service. She is a warm and mature candidate with superior presentation skills and is also fluent in Indonesian which she hopes to be able to utilise on behalf of her employer. Arti has expressed a strong desire to gain employment with a banking or financial institution.

She has internet and email skills and is looking to move into a part time customer service role primarily in retail banking. Rehana is a well presented and confident candidate with a positive outlook and lovely personality. Her strengths like in her communication skills, her flexible approach and absolute desire to secure a long term permanent part time role.

Irina originates from Russia where she was a Lawyer for 5 years before migrating to Australia in 2003. Chris has a variety of skills including a high level of competency with computer programs, typing skills, Microsoft Suite and excellent customer service skills.
