Penny is seeking a full time customer service role where she will have the opportunity to offer long term commitment. She has great skills in customer service and has that elusive ability to cross and up sell. Penny has demonstrated an ability to comprehend new tasks quickly, displays commonsense, has a professional and positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Penny is corporately presented and has a confident and outgoing personality.

Edward holds Bachelor Degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Applied Finance (major in Business Law). He is corporately presented and has an extremely engaging personality. Coupled with his qualifications, Edward also has excellent customer service skills. Edward is seeking a full time entry level position with a large financial institution and would be a great prospect for a company that is willing to invest a little training in him.

Ben is a confident and intelligent individual who demonstrates a natural ability to lead others. He has highly developed skills within the customer service arena with over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. Ben has a strong desire to transfer his skills to a corporate environment where he will be able to continue to learn and develop his skills further within the banking or finance industry.

Pooja is a young lady keen to secure a full time role where she can fully combine her administrative abilities and her highly developed customer service skills.   Pooja compliments her office experience with a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Finance and a Bachelor of Information Technology.  Pooja has a strong work ethic and a desire to offer long term loyalty and commitment.

Artie is seeking a full time position where she can utilise both her customer service and administrative skills. Her solid administrative skills include typing, data entry, checking and processing loan applications. Arti also holds a Certificate II in Financial Services and retail customer service. She is a warm and mature candidate with superior presentation skills and is also fluent in Indonesian which she hopes to be able to utilise on behalf of her employer. Arti has expressed a strong desire to gain employment with a banking or financial institution.

Rehana has very good customer service skillse that she has developed whilst working in the retail sector. She has internet and email skills and is looking to move into a part time customer service role primarily in retail banking. Rehana is a well presented and confident candidate with a positive outlook and lovely personality. Her strengths like in her communication skills, her flexible approach and absolute desire to secure a long term permanent part time role.

Japer is a corporately presented candidate with a calm, friendly personality who has completed a Business Administration Certificate, has a Diploma in Business Management and is currently completing a Bachelor of Business Accounting. Along with customer service skills, he has a typing speed of 80 wpm, data entry skills and experience iin accoutns payable and administration. Japer is ideally seeking a full time Customer Service role where he will have the opportunity to further develop his skills. He is fluent in both English and Arabic and has very clear communication skills that would suit a professional environment.

Irina is a corporately presented candidate who has a friendly persona and displays intelligence and enthusiasm. Irina originates from Russia where she was a Lawyer for 5 years before migrating to Australia in 2003. Since arriving in Australia, Irina has primarily been working in office administration as a bookkeeper, accounts clerk and an administrator. She has great skills in data entry and customer service along with accounts. Irina is seeking a full time Customer Service role within a friendly team and is looking forward to the challenge of learning new skills. Irina is hoping to use her excellent Russian language skills to assist the Russian community with their banking needs.

Pablo has professional qualifications in Accounting and Business Administration and has experience in Helpdesk, consulting on software, Auditing and Testing. Pablo is eager to work for a corporate organisation where he can utilise his various skills and abilities and would be primarily suited to a role that incorporates both customer service with some administration.

Chris is a very well presented, confident and outgoing candidate. Chris has a variety of skills including a high level of competency with computer programs, typing skills, Microsoft Suite and excellent customer service skills. Chris would be well suited to a Call Centre environment where he could demonstrate his customer service talents and build upon his current skills base.

Kristine is corporately presented, well spoken and has a very engaging personality. With over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, Kristine is now looking to transfer her skills to a Customer Service role within a corporate environment and is seeking a career where she can continue to learn and develop her skills further.

Suzanne is a well presented candidate who is confident and very personable. Suzanne has a wide range of skills including customer service, reception, data entry, administration and accounts payable. Rita compliments her customer services experience with computer literacy and data entry skills and is keen to work in a large corporate organisation where she can offer loyalty and commitment within a team environment.
