Outplacement Program
Our company philosophy underpins all our training programs including our Outplacement Training Program.
At Diversity Dimensions we recognise that everyone is different and as such, individuals will react differently to the sometimes shocking news of their role being made redundant.
The Diversity Dimensions' Outplacement Training Program has been designed by Human Resources, Psychology and Recruitment professionals.
The program captures over 40 years of knowledge in these fields and focuses on positive self awareness and encourages a proactive attitude to securing another role.
Our point of differentiation is that we are a diversity consulting company strongly aligned with corporate recruitment and provide insight and tips not offered by other programs. Participants in the Diversity Dimensions' Outplacement Training Program gain self awareness, communication and career strategies that not only secuire them their next position but will greatly contribute to increased personal effectiveness in all areas of life.
Completing the 3-day Outplacement Training Program will equip participants with the folllowing outcomes:
An understanding or their behaviour style and the behaviour style of others using DISC.
- Increase self awareness around why they may be reacting a certain way and how others may perceive them.
An understanding of what roles lend themselves to particular behaviour styles.

Identification of their own learning style using Honey & Mumford's Learning Styles Questionnaire.
