Employee Training
This training session focuses on providing employees with the knowledge and skills required to develop and think through building a business case plan that supports the request for Flexible Work.
Diversity Dimensions' unique 5 Stage process guides the employee to think about the organisation and their role with a holistic approach to the impact their change in work pattern may have on their organistation, team and themselves.
When used well, the 5 Stage process will increase the personal effectives of the employee and will build better communication with all parties involved.
The training will provide employees with the tools and skills to better prepare for a discussion with their manager about a proposed alternative work arrangement.
