Manager Training
Diversity Dimensions' highly successful program guides and encourages managers to engage in discussion with their employees around the concept of working alternatively. These sessions provide Managers with skills, information and tools to assist them when entering into negotiation around the practical steps in "how to" when developing and implementing an alternative work arrangement.
The session will coach managers through the 5 Stage process. If used well, the 5 stage process will increase the personal effectiveness of the individual and their team. The process will ensure that all concerns of the manager are covered and agreed together with the employee.
